All NTE sessions start promptly at 09:00 am The course tutor will be available for an hour after the session to answer any questions or give you any additional support you may need.

All NTE courses will require a minimum amount of contact hours split across set days. Thus, if you are severely late for a course or return late from a break, you may be asked to leave the course and put on the next available course as you would not have met the minimum required contact hours.

Our staff and learners have the right to come to our centre and participate in a fun and safe learning environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy in place to deal with anyone behaving in an abusive, racist or homophobic manner.

In short, this means to treat others on the course the way you would like to be treated, anyone unable to follow this policy will be removed from the course.

A lot of our courses involve practical elements a Door Supervision course for example will have a module devoted to Physical Intervention. Whilst we do not expect everyone that attends our courses to be an Olympian, a good basic level of physical fitness is advised.

All learners are required to complete a medical questionnaire prior to commencing the course. All injuries past and present must be disclosed, including any medication you are currently prescribed.

The delivery staff reserve the right to exclude from the course any individual whom the staff have reason to believe may be unsuitable for training based on health and physical ability.

We advise learners to wear comfortable clothing during the course, including appropriate training shoes, especially during practical exercises.

For personal and safety reasons all jewellery must be removed prior to any physical training commencing. Where an item of jewellery cannot be removed (i.e. rings or piercings) it may be required to be covered dependent on its style.

During the course, it is mandatory for the trainers to photograph or video parts of the course for any quality assurance purposes required by the awarding body.

NTE Training Solutions LTD hold the rights to the videos and the images and they will only be stored for as long as required.

There is limited parking on site. The closest place to park outside of the centre is on a side road or one of the car parks in Kingston Town centre.

Bookings made online, at our centre or over the phone are all non-refundable. Course dates, times and courses cannot be changed by the learner. If you need to cancel your course for any reason, no refund will be provided. If you fail to attend the course, you will also not receive a refund.  

Some of our courses do have a minimum age requirement as set by the awarding organisation. For example, any Security Industry Authority license linked qualifications require the learner to be at least 18 years of age.
