This Advanced Handcuff Training Course is ideally designed for individuals whose operational roles require them to use handcuffs as a primary means of restraint.

On this 1-day course, you will cover all of the required knowledge to be able to use handcuffs safely within your role. This will include understanding the different forms of mechanical restraints, legislation relevant to the role, safe working practices, the importance of reporting incidents and being able to safely apply and remove handcuffs and other mechanical restraints.

This course is assessed by a small workbook completed by the learner as well as practical assessments.
